Here at Kellys Paws we understand the importance of meeting and greeting both you and your furry friend before we undertake any services on your behalf. 

Understanding the needs of both canine and owner is imperative in order for us to understand your furry friends needs, personality and nature providing you  100% confidence in the care we provide.

During our initial meet and greet, as well as meeting and bonding with your furry friend we will also complete a questionnaire ranging from contact details, any special needs, times of care, level of communication we provide such as photos from our daily walks, collection / drop off updates and our report cards which provide updates, concerns or any other general information we feel may be beneficial.
